System21 Master Production Scheduling allows planners to create and manipulate production and purchasing plans. Multiple plans can be held simultaneously for different enterprise modules – for each production site, business unit or company. Independent demand can be accepted from Advanced Sales Order Processing, Forecasting and Advanced Customer Scheduling, as well as from manually maintained forecasts to give complete demand flexibility at item/facility level.

:: Master Requirement Planning

System21 Material Requirements Planning generates a detailed material plan by resolving every element of supply and demand. Material Requirements Planning (MRP) provides a time-phased statement of production and purchasing requirements.

System21 Production Schedule Control is a comprehensive execution and management system for the control of activities, from the receipt of the customer request, through to the completion of production. Capacity Planning uses production orders and production schedules to produce a time-phased forward scheduled resource load profile. Using the load profiule, production schedules and orders can be modified and resource capacities changed to create better balanced loads and optimize thw shop floor schedule.
