Reliable and timely information is the key to good customer service, and to making sure that a sales opportunity is converted into a firm sales order. You can use Advanced Order Entry to extend the normal supply sources beyond the Inventory stockrooms to, for example, specially created purchase orders, existing purchase orders, direct deliveries and, if you use Configurator, configuration to order requests.

A similar broad range of customer information is available, including order history and aged debt.
